Is the platform offered in other languages?
Not at this time. However, some web browsers can translate the webpage for you - such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Once your preferred language is updated, right-click and select "Translate to..."
Is the platform accessible on mobile devices?
Yes! Currently, the platform is only accessible from a web browser like Chrome, Explorer, or Safari and can be joined from your phone, tablet, or laptop/computer. Save the platform sign-in page on your phone's home screen for quick access! If you're just getting started, it's best to stay on your computer to get the most out of the platform.
What notifications will I receive? How will I be notified of a new chat message?
When a client sends you a chat message, you will receive an email notification after 15 minutes (as the default). You can change the frequency of this and other notifications in your Notification Settings. You can also set up custom hub activity notifications.
How long does it take to create a new hub? Is there a limit to how many hubs I can create?
There are several pathways to create hubs. If you want to invite your entire database, use the Invite Homeowners button. If you want to maintain the client relationship after a closing, you can create an individual hub. It only takes a minute or two, provides a ton of value, AND ensures that you are kept top of mind.
And the best part, there is no limit to the amount of hubs you can create for your clients!
When I add someone to a home team, what does the email look like and what happens when the recipient replies?
When someone is added to a Hub, they receive a Hub Invitation. At this time, the emails cannot be edited or customized. When the recipient receives the email, they must click the button, create an account, and then enter the hub as a collaborator.
Can I resend a hub invitation?
Yes! You can resend or revoke a hub invitation, remove collaborators, edit the Hub Name, and other changes under Hub Settings.
Can I remove a Service Provider from the platform?
In the platform, you can request to add a service provider. You can also recommend/un-recommend a provider. To delete them from the platform database entirely, you would need to submit a request and our team would determine if they are no longer a valid service provider.

Into which hub should I put a prospective client who is still renting?
For people who are still renting, a Home Purchase Hub would be the most valuable. They can search and favorite properties, access the knowledge center for information on the home buying process, and ask you questions in chat - all without ever leaving their private hub.
What is the platform doing to keep my client's personal information safe? Is the information within my hubs protected?
Every collaborator in the hub has access to the same information, including documents. Be mindful of who you invite into your hubs. Outside of that, no individual user or company can see the information within your hub.

Can I create a QR code for my landing page to include in marketing materials?
Yes, you can do this by entering your landing page URL into an online QR code generator and then downloading the image to include in your marketing. We don't endorse a particular QR code generator, however many free versions can be found with a Google search.
