Hubs are a great way to stay in front of clients long after the transaction has ended, and to provide them with valuable education and resources for the entire time they live in their homes.
There are a few things that you can do to set your clients up for success in their hubs:
- Print our Closing Gift PDF (or make your own!) and print a few copies to have on hand.
- Include a copy with your closing packet or closing gift to your client.
- Create a Homeowner Hub for your client and invite them in.
- Create folders in Docs & Info that encourage your clients to utilize that feature (Contract & Closing Docs, Insurance & Warranty Info, Appliance Info, Repair Invoices, etc).
- Upload documents that you have on hand from the transaction such as the survey, inspection report and purchase contract.
This process should take just a few minutes and will ensure that your clients have the best experience possible in their Homeowner Hubs!
