Manage the people who represent your company and organizations.
As an Admin, you’re able to manage the Pro User accounts linked to your organization(s).
From your main browser window, locate the left navigation bar.
- Click on the Organization icon.
Add a User
Want to add a bunch of users at once? Contact your CSM and we can do it for you!
To add one user at a time, follow the steps below!
- Click on + Invite User.
- Enter the required fields (email address, first and last name). And, for full functionality, select the appropriate Occupation.
- Click Send Invitations.
- Send a personal Welcome email with helpful links and resources:

--Be on the lookout for a welcome email from hubs@milestones.ai with the subject line "You have a new Milestones account..."

--If you do nothing else, be sure to add a photo and phone number as your profile is literally your “digital business card!”

View entire list of Users
- Click on View All
Sort Users
1. Sort based on Name, Occupation, Hubs, etc. Click the double arrows.
Delete a User
At this time, we cannot delete an individual user from an organization. However, this is currently in development and will be available soon!
Resend the “New User” invitation
There isn't an option to resend the Welcome email. If a user didn't receive the Welcome email, they should contact support@milestones.ai.
Update the Occupation of a User
As an Admin, you’re able to update the occupation of the users within your organization. This is important because different occupations have different permissions and visibility within the platform. The user can also do this on their own under My Profile.
1. Locate the person you'd like to update.
2. Use the drop-down to select the correct occupation.
3. Once selected, you should receive a pop up notification at the bottom of your screen.
Update the Account Type of a User
There are two types of Pro Users that can be linked to an organization:
- Affiliate User - This user is linked to an organization/company but cannot make changes at the organization level.
- Admin User - This user has the ability to update the organization’s branding and service provider recommendations.
Giving someone Admin access mean that they can see the Organization Page within the platform and make changes at the organization level.
1. Locate the person you'd like to update.
2. Use the drop-down to select the correct account type.
3. Once selected, you should receive a pop up notification at the bottom of your screen.
Reset Password for a User
Users can reset their own password or you can reset it for them.

Locate the person you'd like to update.
- Click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen.
- Click Reset password.
Accept/Decline Requests to Join
Users can request to join your organization. Those requests will show up on your main Organization page.
If that box disappears, you can still access those requests by clicking View All

Click View Requests (or View All)
- Now you can Accept or Decline each request
