Add your Home Value and Mortgage Details

All Homeowner Hubs have a section where you can view the home's value and equity. The values will populate automatically for many homes nationwide. However, some addresses may not have the values populated.

If the information in this section is missing, you'll need to add a few details for the value to populate. Follow the steps below!

Add Home Value

1. Click on the Finances tab
2. Enter your Home Value Estimate
   • There are several ways to get this number:
     • Ask your Real Estate Agent to estimate your home's value
     • Look at your latest tax report and record the home value listed
     • If you recently bought your home, add in the sales price
3. Click Save

Add Mortgage Details

1. On the Finances tab
2. Scroll down and click + Add Mortgage
   • Or click I don't have a mortgage
3. Enter all of the mortgage details
   • This is found in the closing documents or your mortgage statements
4. Click Save
