Admins can import three objects from Total Expert: Users, Contacts, and Loans.
Importing Users
First, admins will need to import users from their organization in Total Expert. Accounts are created for these users (if they don’t already exist) and they are added to the organization. Once the users have been imported, admins can import contacts and or loans for these users.
Syncing Users
Admins can choose to enable syncing for any new users or user updates every 24 hrs.
Sending Users Invitations
Admin can turn on the ability to send email invitations to their users at the time of importing so they can begin accessing the platform. Some admins choose to turn this off for the initial import in order to send their own communications in advance. Our onboarding campaign walks new professional users through our product and helps them complete onboarding activities.
Importing Contacts
Once users have been imported, their contacts in Total Expert can be imported into the platform. The contacts will belong to the same owner of the contact in Total Expert and will only show up in that user’s account.
Filter Contacts by Contact Group
Admins can choose to filter contacts by certain contact groups in Total Expert. The list of Contact Groups will be derived from any Contact Groups the previously selected users have access to in Total Expert. Admins may choose to select all groups if filtering by contact groups is not desired for this import.
Syncing Contacts
Admins can choose to turn on a sync that will check for new contacts or updates to existing contacts in Total Expert every 24 hrs.
Pushing Activity History back into Total Expert for these contacts
Admins may select to send Activity History from those contacts back into Total Expert by turning on the “Sync Activity History” toggle.
Activity History currently surfaces in Total Expert as Notes, as shown below.
Importing Loans
Once users have been imported from Total Expert, admins may import loans for those users.
Syncing Loans
Admins may turn on a sync for any new loans for these users. The sync runs every 24 hrs.
Creating Hubs from Loans
When enabled, the creation of hubs is automated from loans. As loan objects come into our system, we recognize the property, the homeowners and the lending professionals. We create the hub and we use the funded date on the loan attribute to determine if we should create a hub. Currently, if the funded date is within 30 days of when the sync is running, it will create that Hub and send out the invitations on behalf of that lending professional.
