From your main window, find the left navigation bar.
Click on the My Profile icon.
1. Click the Edit Profile button.
2. Click Upload your photo.
3. Scroll and review the following fields. Complete as much information as possible and make sure everything is filled in correctly without typos.
- First name
- Last name
- Display name (this would be a nickname if applicable)
CONTACT INFO
TIP Want to update or change your email address login? This is the place to do it!
- Phone (we recommend using your cell phone number)
- Work (office phone if applicable)
5. Click Save to save your changes.
GENERAL
Time Zone
Confirm that your time zone is correct. If it isn’t, use the drop-down minute to select the correct time zone.
Password
- enter your Current Password and your desired New Password. Click Save to finish.
- If you’ve forgotten your current password, click Forgot Password, and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- If you're still having trouble, click "submit a request" at the top of this page.
Find and Click the Notifications button along the top of the screen.
Browser notifications
Browser notifications are used to get instant alerts of new messages from your hubs.
If you want to receive instant messages from your internet browser window, turn on Message Notifications.
Look for a pop up window to appear (if you have a pop up blocker, disable it). Next, click Allow to show notifications on your browser.
TIP If you are in a Hub and want to know if your browser notifications are turned on, you can click on the bell icon in the top right corner.
Emails
Email notifications are used to receive alerts from the platform; some are required and some are editable.

- System Emails: are required. These include password reset and system maintenance emails.
- Activity History: are editable but we recommend sticking with the default settings to start. These include hub-specific activity notifications. You can also customize your hub activity notifications under My Hubs!
- Education: These are related to the email content that goes out to your homeowners/buyers/sellers.
- Hubs: are editable for homeowners/buyers/sellers within each hub. These include unique information that can be turned on/off as you wish.
IMPORTANT Click Save to complete your updates.
If you would like to stop email notifications, you can also click unsubscribe at the bottom of an individual email.
