Edit your Service Provider Recommendations & Track Referrals

Provide your clients with a trusted list of home service providers!

You can favorite and unfavorite but you cannot hide or remove anyone from the general directory.

NOTE: Service providers have not been added nationwide (yet). Don’t worry, we plan to upload the service providers in your area soon!

Your recommendations will appear under the Home Services section of any Hub where you are listed as the Hub Owner. Each recommendation will be marked with a green thumbs up and moved to the top of the list.

From your main window, locate the left navigation bar.

• Click on the Service Providers icon.
  

Search for a Service Provider

1. Locate the Search bar at the top of the page.
2. Type in the name or a keyword of the business, company, person, or service provider.
3. Add a zip code or location to populate the best results.

Recommend a Service Provider

1. Locate the service provider you’d like to add and click the Recommend (Me) button.
   
2. The button should turn green and the word Recommended should pop up next to the service provider name.
        

Request a Service Provider to be Added to the Directory

If the service provider you searched for is missing, you can request to add them.

1. From the main Service Providers Dashboard, locate the Request to Add box along the right hand side of the screen.
   
2. Click + Add Service Provider.
3. Click Add ONE service provider or Add MANY service providers.
4. Fill in the details about the company. Please include as much information as possible including a website.
5. When complete, click Submit.

We will review the data and add the service provider to the main directory. This will not happen automatically -- we will notify you when it's complete. We appreciate your patience as we process the request.

Remove your Recommendation

1. Locate the service provider you’d like to remove and click the Recommended (Me) button.    
2. The button should turn gray and the button should change back to grey.

Understand and Track your Referrals

If your client submits an inquiry to a service provider from a Hub, the service provider is notified via email from leads@homeowner.ai. You will also receive a copy of the inquiry email.

PRO TIP:  Follow up with your client to track the progress of the request.

To track your referrals, click on the Referrals button on the Service Providers page.

Here, you can see your clients’ activities within Home Services in their Hubs.

Search for a specific service provider, or filter by Service Type, Inquiry Type, or Origin.
