Featured Advisors Goals
💡 Pro Tip: The Advisors feature is designed around four core goals:
✓ Give managing professionals full control over which advisors appear in their hubs
✓ Eliminate repetitive data entry when featuring the same partners across multiple hubs
✓ Allow professionals to be featured without requiring full hub membership
✓ Establish a foundation for professional networking and referral relationships
Featured Advisor Display & Hierarchy
Hubs can display one advisor for each professional type. Featured advisor spots are filled using the hierarchy below.

Display Order
- Hub owner displays first
- Advisors appear in the order they were added to the hub
- If an advisor type slot is empty, hub owner sees a CTA to add an advisor for that type
Add Advisors to Hubs
You can add preferred advisors when creating a new hub or when managing an existing one. Advisors can be assigned at the hub level or configured through organization settings.
Where You Can Add Advisors
Advisors can be added in the following areas:
• During New Hub Creation
• Through Landing Pages
• From the My Hubs page
• Inside Hub Settings (individual hub)
Each hub includes an Advisors section accessible from the hub settings sidebar, where you can add, remove, or replace advisors on a per-hub basis.
How to Add a Featured Advisor to an Existing Hub

How to Add a Featured Advisor to a New Hub
When creating a new hub from the Hub Settings page, first select a Playbook. Once selected, you can search for and add advisors to the hub. If the advisor does not already exist, click Manage to create a new advisor profile before adding them.
How to Add a Featured Advisor to a Landing Page
To add an advisor to a new landing page or update an existing one, open the Landing Page Settings and scroll to the Advisors section. Search for and select the advisor you’d like to include. If the advisor does not already exist, click Manage to create a new advisor profile, then add them to the landing page.
Organization Playbook Settings Admins Only
Organization admins can configure default or backup advisors for each professional type.
• Backup advisors are used when a hub owner has not made a selection.
• Hub owner selections always override organization defaults.
• Admins can select advisors from the org member list or manually enter details.
ℹ️ This ensures consistent advisor coverage across hubs while still allowing individual control.
Featured-Advisor-Only View
Professionals who are featured in a hub without full membership can now see those hubs in their hub list.
What Featured Advisors See
- Hubs where they're featured appear in their My Hubs list with a "You're not a member" indicator
- They can view hub name, homeowner name, and their featured status
- They cannot access the hub's full details or participate as members

- Allows advisors to track where they're being featured
- Creates awareness of referral opportunities
- Provides visibility withou granting full hub access
