What Happens After You Send Invitations
▪︎ Invitations are sent based on your
organization's
daily invite limit
▪︎ Any invitations beyond that limit are
queued
automatically
▪︎ You can monitor queued invitations
from
the Invitation Queue
When a Homeowner Accepts:
You'll receive an email notification. From there, you can:
▪︎ Send a personalized message
▪︎ Upload and manage important documents
▪︎ Assign tasks and reminders
▪︎ Track homeowner engagement and activity
Understanding the Invitation Queue
If you send more invitations than your daily limit allows:
▪︎ Invitations are added to a queue automatically
▪︎ A queued invitation count appears on
your
dashboard
▪︎ Invitations send gradually each day
until
the
queue is complete
This helps ensure reliable delivery and reduces the risk of emails being flagged as spam.
Important Notes
▪︎ Homeowners are not notified
until you explicitly send an invitation
▪︎ Duplicate or invalid email addresses
may
be
skipped
▪︎ Invitation limits are applied based
on
the
organization tied to the invitation
