Upload your Contact List via File
NOTE: The only required fields are “First Name” and “Last Name” (in separate columns). We also highly recommend having an “Email” column to get the most out of the Contacts feature. No address needed!
- Click on Upload File
- Click on Attach your file.
- Click on Please select a file. A pop up will appear where you can search for the file in your computer.
- Next, scroll to Match columns to data fields.
- Click on the empty data field and select the best match from the dropdown menu.
- We will only import the columns that have been matched.
- Click Scan my File.
- Once the file is scanned for errors, select Import. Keep this page open until your import is complete.
You’re all set. You should now see your contacts in your Contacts dashboard.
Upload your Contact List via Email
- Click on Choose an email provider and connect your account.
- Click on one of the Connect to options
- Follow the prompt to connect your contacts.
- Click on Re-sync contacts each time you login?
- Choose whether to re-sync contacts each time you login.
- Select No to manually control when you import your contacts.
- Select Yes if you’d like your contacts to continuously update with any changes that you make from your email.
- Choose whether to re-sync contacts each time you login.
- Click Import Now.
From your main window, locate the left navigation bar.
- Click on the Contacts icon.
- Click on Import.
You’re all set. You should now see your contacts connected to your account.
