From your main window, locate the left navigation bar.
- Click on the My Profile icon.
- Find and Click the Settings button along the top of the screen.
Calendar
Connecting a calendar to the platform helps you stay organized and up to date with Events that are happening within your hubs! At this time, only Events (not Tasks) can sync.
Connect all Hub Events to your external calendar
- On the left navigation bar, click on the My Profile icon.
- Under Calendar, click on one of the Connect to.. options.
- Follow the prompt to connect your calendar or click the link above for more steps.
You’re all set. You should now see your calendar connected to your account.
Disconnect all Hub Events from your external calendar
To disconnect, you would click the “Sync events from all hubs” toggle to OFF.
Licenses & Memberships (pro users only)
Add a professional license to your profile
- Locate the Licenses & Memberships Section and click + Add License.
- Use the drop-down to select your License Type.
- Use the drop-down to select the correct State.
- Enter your License Number.
- Click Save.
Remove a professional license from your profile
If the license listed in your profile is not accurate or expired, you’ll need to remove it completely before putting in new license information.
- Locate the Licenses & Memberships Section.
- Locate the expired or inaccurate license and click the X button to remove it.
Organization (pro users only)
You should already be linked to your organization (company, office, or team). Confirm that you’ve been added to the correct organization.
NOTE You cannot remove yourself from an organization. An administrator from your organization must remove you.
If you aren’t linked to an organization, make sure to follow the steps below. Linking your account to a company, office, or team is a crucial step to unlock key features and branding.
- Locate the Organization Section and click Link to Organization.
- Click Next.
- Use the drop-down to select the correct State.
- Type in a keyword to find your Company Name.
- Click Request to Link Account.
TIP If you cannot find your company, office, or team, click Get Help or contact your company administrator for an invitation. Be sure to provide them with the email address linked to your account!
From here, your organization must approve your request.
NOTE You can only request to link to one organization. However, you can be linked to multiple organizations/offices if you receive multiple invitations.
GENERAL
Time Zone
Confirm that your time zone is correct. If it isn’t, use the drop-down minute to select the correct time zone.
Password
- enter your Current Password and your desired New Password. Click Save to finish.
- If you’ve forgotten your current password, click Forgot Password, and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- If you're still having trouble, click "submit a request" at the top of the page.
