This article explains how to update your profile and upload a photo. It covers opening your profile settings, uploading a clear headshot that meets image guidelines, and completing key profile fields such as your name, contact details, company information, and social links. It also includes instructions for saving changes and uploading a team or company logo to personalize your profile further.
Step 1: Open Your Profile Settings
From your main screen, locate the left navigation bar:
Click on the My Profile icon.
Then, click the Edit Profile button.
Step 2: Upload Your Profile Photo
Click Upload your photo.
Select an image by browsing the files on your computer.
PHOTO GUIDELINES:
- Acceptable file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, GIF
- For best quality, PNG format is recommended
- Maximum allowed size is 2000 x 2000 pixels
Once uploaded, adjust the zoom and rotation as needed, then click Save.
Tip: Don’t skip this step! A clear headshot is best, as your photo will appear throughout the platform and in your email communications.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile Information
Scroll through the form and fill out as much information as possible. Double-check for typos!

Use one you check regularly.
If you need to change your login email, do it here.

Note: Your IDX site will be visible in hubs you own only if your company’s MLS access is disabled.

Website (if applicable)
Step 4: Save Your Changes
Once everything is filled out, click Save to apply your updates.
Step 5: Upload Your Logo
You can also add your team or company logo to personalize your profile even further.
