Never miss a beat! With custom activity notifications you can get emails for the activity that is most important to you!
Here are the default Hub Activity Notifications that you can edit under My Profile > Notifications.Create a Custom Activity Notification
From your main browser window, locate the left navigation bar.
- Click on the My Hubs icon.
- Click on the Activity History icon on the right side of the screen.
- Click on Saved Views.
- Click on Create a Saved View.
- Name your Saved View.
- Select whether you want this view for All Hubs or a specific one.
- Select to receive notifications for activity from All Roles or a specific one.
- Select the Actions you would like to be notified about.
- Select the frequency of email notifications you would like to receive. We recommend starting with a higher email frequency but you can always edit this if you’d like to receive more or less notifications.
Edit a Custom Activity Notification
- Click on Saved Views.
- Hover over the Saved View you would like to edit and click the Edit icon.
- Update your preferences.
- Click Save.
Delete a Custom Activity Notification
- Click on Saved Views.
- Hover over the Saved View you would like to delete and click the Delete icon.
- You’ll have about 5 seconds to undo this deletion by clicking UNDO from the pop up at the bottom of your screen. Otherwise, you can re-create the activity view by following the steps above.
