This is an advanced feature where you can make edits to individual hubs.
NOTE These settings will only impact one specific hub. Changes will not impact your other hubs.
You can access the Hub Settings from
- The My Hubs Dashboard:
- From your main window, locate the left navigation bar.
- Click on the My Hubs icon.
- Locate the Hub of interest.
- Click on the Gear/Settings Icon on the right side of the screen.
- Within the Hub:
- Within your Hub, locate the left navigation bar.
- Click on the Arrow icon next to the Hub Type.
- Click on the Gear/Settings Icon.
NOTE If you do not see the gear icon, ask the Hub Owner about changing your permissions for the hub.
Within Hub Settings, you can:
- Edit the name of the Hub.
- Archive, Delete, or Restore a Hub. Only archived hubs can be restored.
- Invite, Resend, Revoke, Remove, and Update Permissions for Collaborators.
- Change the Owner of the Hub.
- Edit the Digital Business Cards using Lead Routing.
- Manage which Resource Cards are visible. These may be blocked based on certain Hub Settings or your permissions.
- Resource Cards are digital “placards” that can be turned on or off within your hub. They can be linked to a specific service provider type, knowledge article, or even a third party website. Some have detailed settings that you can customize at the Hub level.
- Edit Service Providers for a specific hub ONLY. However, we suggest making your recommendations across all hubs.
- Manage advanced settings. To start, we recommend keeping all of the default settings. Your organization might use Playbooks. If so, you may choose to select one for a specific Hub.
