Homeowners can be invited to a hub through either an opt-in or opt-out method. Once they accept their invitation, they’re then automatically enrolled in an ongoing engagement campaign.
Consumer Invitation Opt-in Campaign Summary
- This campaign uses an “opt-in” method and begins when a pro provides a list of trusted clients that will likely join a hub because they know them.
- The consumer can unsubscribe at any time during this campaign and will then be removed from future emails.
- The campaign consists of 10 emails over 42 days featuring relevant content about their home value, saving money, and managing their home.
- Each email is crafted with conversion-optimized messaging to encourage them to accept their invitation.
- Emails are triggered only for consumers who haven't yet accepted their hub invitation.

- The campaign focuses on home value updates, financial benefits, maintenance reminders, home services information, and much more.
- Emails alternate between value updates and specific hub feature highlights to drive homeowners back to their hubs.
At this time, we cannot customize or turn off the emails at the pro level.
Individuals can unsubscribe as they wish. To unsubscribe from some or all notifications:
1. click Manage Preferences on the individual email
2. Log into the platform, go to My Profile > Notifications, and select or deselect your desired notifications.
