What are Playbooks?

Playbooks are pre-determined settings for your new hubs.

Every hub has its own playbook that affects several key features such as Task Lists, clickable Resource cards, and Knowledge Center content. While the platform is pre-loaded with default, “out-of-the-box” playbooks, you can also set up customizable playbooks for your specific hub needs. 

Custom Playbooks are created at the Organization level, and allow you to customize key features to give your clients an even better experience. We recommend starting out with our default playbooks and customizing them once you know the platform well.
