What support services do you have in place?

Do you have consumer-facing materials to explain how the platform helps my clients?
Yes, we have a current library you can access that will continue to build over time.
What communications are sent to my clients? Will they get something immediately if I add them to my contacts?
Your clients will only receive communications if you invite them to a hub. They will receive the initial invitation and up to three reminders if the invitation is not accepted. Once they have joined a Homeownership Hub, they will receive four onboarding emails to educate them on the features of their hub and monthly home value updates to drive them back into their hub.
How long does it take to create a hub?
There are several ways to create a new hub, with each of them only taking a few clicks. We recommend importing your contacts and inviting them to hubs in bulk, and then creating a new hub for every ongoing closing so that you can stay in front of past, current, and future clients.
Is there a limit on how many hubs I can create?
No. The invitations you can send to clients are limitless.
Can I remove a Service Provider from the platform?
No, you can’t remove service providers, however, you can request to add a new service provider to our directory. You can also recommend or un-recommend a provider.
Recommended providers will appear at the front of their category, clearly marked as recommended by you. The other providers in that category will simply appear in alphabetical order, behind your
recommendations. If you believe a provider needs to be removed from the directory, please contact our Support Team.
For Brokers
Do you integrate with CRMs or Transaction Management Systems?
Yes, to view our current list of integrations, click here! Agents can also easily sync their contacts from Google or upload them via a CSV file.
Do you provide training for my agents?
Yes. We have a dedicated Customer Success Team for our brokerage clients to ensure you and your agents are getting the most value out of the platform.
Can I recommend businesses for all of our clients, similar to how my agents can for their clients?
Yes. Both the company and agent can recommend vendors. It is common for companies to recommend mortgage, title, and other in-house businesses, where agents tend to be more localized to vendors such as handymen or plumbers that service the neighborhoods they do business in.
