This can be done on the Individual Hub level or at the Organization level using Playbooks.
NOTE Changing these settings will only affect the Digital Business Cards along the right side of the hub. These people will not be added as collaborators within the hub.
Edit Lead Routing Settings
- Go to the Hub Settings (or Playbook settings)
- Click Lead Routing
- Change the defaults
- If you select Specific Person, you can:
- choose someone from your Organization
- manually add the information you would like visible (NOTE this information is not linked to a user account)
- If you select Specific Person, you can:
- Under Email, you can choose who's Digital Business Cards are displayed at the bottom of the emails.
