At the organization level, Admins can customize the content and other settings seen within a hub. You can use this feature to create custom Task Lists, clickable Resource cards, and Knowledge Center content.
Before editing this section, you should understand playbooks and their limitations.
Customize your Content
Before customizing your new playbook, you'll want to customize your desired Content.
Customize your Playbook
First, copy the Default Playbook and then Customize the settings of the new playbook created. When in doubt, feel free to keep the default settings.
Copy the Default playbook
- Click Organization along the left Nav
- Click Playbooks
- Click the Copy icon
next to the desired playbook (along the right).
Change the Playbook name
- Click the new Playbook to open it's settings
- Along the top, click Edit
- Change the name to something your entire Organization will recognize.
Edit the General Settings
- Pre-Loaded Tasks
- Keep the default or select the custom content you've created
- Knowledge Center
- Keep the default or select the custom content you've created
Edit Lead Routing
This is for Homeownership Hubs only. Here you can edit the Digital Business cards at the Playbook level.
Edit Resources

- Click the toggle switch on any resource card to show or hide it for collaborators inside your hubs
- Click the Settings link on any card to fine-tune the visibility by role.
