Connect your BoldTrail CRM to homeowner.ai to automatically sync your contacts and gain visibility into important homeowner engagement and activity signals.
BoldTrail Integration
Connect your BoldTrail CRM with homeowner.ai to sync your contacts
and
stay on top of important homeowner activity signals.
Before connecting your account, you'll need to generate an API token
in BoldTrail. This token is required to authorize the connection
and
allow homeowner.ai to securely access your contact data.
Begin the Integration Setup
1. Sign in to your homeowner.ai account.
2. Navigate to the Contacts page.
3. Click Import My Contacts.
4. In the Import Contacts window, click Get Started.
5. Select BoldTrail from the list of available integrations.
6. The API Token window will open and prompt you to enter your API token.
7. If you do not already have an API token, click the BoldTrail API Settings link within the window. This will open your BoldTrail account where you can generate one.
Generate Your API Token
After signing in to BoldTrail, you may be directed to the My API Tokens section automatically. If not, follow these steps:
1. Click Lead Engine from the main navigation.
2. Select Lead Dropbox.
3. Scroll down until you locate the My API Tokens section.
4. Select either: Contacts or Users
5. If needed, select All to generate a token with all available scopes.
6. Click Generate.
Retrieve Your Token
Once the token has been generated:
1. The page will automatically refresh.
2. Your new token will appear at the top of the My API Tokens section.
3. Click the blue button to copy the token.
Complete the Connection
After signing in to BoldTrail, you may be directed to the My API Tokens section automatically. If not, follow these steps:
1. Copy the newly generated token from BoldTrail.
2. Return to homeowner.ai.
3. Paste the token into the API Token field.
4. Click Connect.
Once connected, homeowner.ai will begin importing your contacts from BoldTrail. Depending on the size of your database, the initial sync may take several minutes to complete.
