Outlook Contacts Sync
The Outlook Contacts integration allows you to automatically sync your Outlook contacts with the platform. This makes it easy to invite your contacts to claim their Homeowner Hub while keeping your contact database up to date.
Before You Begin
Before You Begin You will need your Microsoft (Outlook) login credentials
with permission to authorize third-party access. Outlook connects
through
a secure Microsoft sign-in, so no API key is required.
Note: If you previously imported contacts via CSV,
you will need to establish this connection to enable continuous syncing
going forward.
How to Connect
1. Log in to your Homeowner.ai Professional account.
2. Navigate to your Contacts page.
3. Click Import My Contacts.
4. In the Import Contacts window, click Get Started.
5. Select Outlook Contacts from the list of integration options.
Authorize Your Outlook Account
1. On the Connect Your Outlook Contacts Account screen, click Connect Account.
2. A secure Microsoft sign-in window will open. Log in with your Outlook credentials.
3. Review and approve the requested access to complete authorization.
Your initial sync will begin automatically. Most databases sync within 3-5 minutes, though larger contact lists may take longer.
