Connect your iCloud account to automatically sync your Apple Contacts
and begin engaging your homeowners through Homeowner Hubs.
To connect your iCloud account, you'll need to generate an app-specific
password from your Apple ID account page. Your Apple ID is the email
address associated with your iCloud account.
Generate an App-Specific Password
1. 1. Go to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.
3. Click Generate an App-Specific Password (or the + icon).
4. Enter a label for the password — we recommend using "Homeowner.ai" so it's easy to identify later.
5. Click Create.
6. Copy your app-specific password displayed on the screen. Apple will not show it again.
Tip: Store your app-specific password somewhere safe before moving on. If you lose it, you can always revoke it and generate a new one from the same page.
Connect the iCloud Contacts Integration
1. Sign in to your homeowner.ai account.
2. Navigate to the Contacts page.
3. Click Import My Contacts.
4. In the Import Contacts window, click Get Started.
5. Select iCloud from the list of available integrations.
6. 1. Enter your Apple ID email address.
7. 1. Paste the app-specific password you generated in Step 1.
8. Click Connect.
